Delivery costs

UK: Delivery charges depend on product weight and will be according to the Royal Mail delivery cost.

Select International Locations: If you would like your item shipped to select international locations, please email us at info@zacandaslam.com or DM us to arrange tracked shipping for an additional fee.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left the studio, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country the item is being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email at info@zacandaslam.com or DM us and we will assist wherever we can. 

Delivery timings

UK: 2-5 working days via Royal Mail unless there are delays.

Select International Locations: 7-20 working days via Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked.

When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived

UK: 14 working days after receiving delivery notification.

Select International Locations: 21 working days after receiving delivery notification.

Incorrect / incomplete delivery address

In the event of this, you must contact us immediately, before the item is dispatched. We won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully, the item will be returned to us, and then we will offer to refund your order (minus postage) or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with an updated address.

Damaged items

If an order arrives damaged, please contact info@zacandaslam.com or DM us as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage.
