Returns and Refunds

  • We can only accept returns in the case of damaged products (this does not include any typos, spelling errors, minor printing issues etc). We take care to package all our goods appropriately. If however an order arrives damaged, please contact info@zacandaslam.com or DM us as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage.

  • Unfortunately, as a small business, it costs us a lot of money to send and resend orders and so we just can’t cover the cost of returning orders to the studio, with the exception of those that are faulty or damaged. If you are unsure about a product or have any issues at all, do send us an email at info@zacandaslam.com or DM us and we can chat about your order in more detail.

Order Changes

  • In the event of this, you must contact us immediately, before the item is dispatched. We won't be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. Hopefully, the item will be returned to us, and then we will arrange to refund your order (minus postage). Alternatively, you can pay the postage again for us to send it out a second time with an updated address.

  • We know you need your products fast and we aim to send out all orders within 2-3 days. This means we will only be able to make changes to the order if the order hasn’t already been dispatched.

Delivery

  • We are based in the United Kingdom and will post all orders from here.

  • We aim to process your order as fast as possible. Orders are sent out every 2-3 working days. Please note we count Monday to Friday as working days.

  • All of our UK orders are posted via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days. Any disruption to the Royal Mail UK service is posted on their website here.

  • Yes, we do.

    If you would like your item shipped to select international locations, please email us at info@zacandaslam.com or DM us to arrange standard or tracked shipping for an additional fee.

    Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges for overseas orders placed with us. Once items have left the studio, we are unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. If you have any questions about this, please pop us an email and we will assist wherever we can.
